Greetings Christlike Ministries Family,
I’m sorry that I haven’t been doing much writing or posting lately. Things have gotten a bit busier around here with work travels, weddings, and other things going on here that I really haven’t been able to sit down to write. Not even the Scripture of the Day posts, and this coming week we’re traveling to Fort Jackson, South Carolina for my son’s graduation in to the Arkansas National Guard. That means that I won’t be able to do any writing next week either. I believe we’ll resume and wrap up the Christmas series when I’m back, and until I get back we’ll be doing the Scripture of the Day in the old way just because I won’t have much time to write while I’m traveling. So, there’s an update on the writing and posting.
I guess this is kind of the year-end newsletter cause the final teaching series of 2014 will most likely be the Christmas series. I’ll continue to the Scripture of the Day posts, but as far as teaching series I believe that we won’t get into anything new till next year.
Speaking of next year, I believe that it’s setting up to be a pretty good year. I’ve seen quite a bit of growth lately, and there are a lot of people checking out the Christlike Ministries NWA Blog lately. Currently, we’re well over 1,000 followers between Facebook, Twitter, and WordPress. So, I believe we’re getting ready to add quite a few followers in 2015.
With this growth comes an increased need for our followers to help us out financially. I’m glad we’re in a place where we need that because that means God is pleased with what I’m doing, and His favor is on what I’m doing. I have some cool things in store for 2015, but that’s going to require us to do some fund raising…and that’s where you come in. It’s a nice problem to have when the Lord says now is the time to start reaching out to my followers for help financially…cause we’re going to need it. If you do simple math and every one of our followers put a $5.00 bill in an envelope and mailed it to me that would give us over $5,000 to fund into the ministry…I know that most people think all ministries want is their money…but the truth is in order for us to do more for the body of Christ and unbelievers and to be able to do more to help more people it takes money. The point of mentioning the $5.00 bill is that it doesn’t take a lot of money to invest in Christlike Ministries NWA. So, I hope you’ll keep that in mind as we close out 2014 and enter in to 2015. I need YOU to invest into the ministry, and it goes without saying the more you can invest the more the ministry will be able to do.
As always, I want to thank all of you for being a part of the Christlike Ministries NWA Family. It’s a privilege and honor to know that so many find inspiration, encouragement, and are touched by something I’ve written. I never imagined that I’d reach and touch this many lives. I love and appreciate all of you.
Have a blessed day!
Blessings & Grace;
